I'm an Application Support Analyst with more than a decade of IT experience, focused on Microsoft 365 and the automation that keeps it running smoothly. Day to day, that means administering M365, building approval and onboarding workflows in Power Automate, cleaning up SharePoint permissions and structure, and writing PowerShell to handle the reporting and bulk changes nobody wants to do by hand.
My goal is simple: less manual effort, better governance, and solutions that are clean and easy for the next person to maintain. I'm also helping organizations get ready for Microsoft Copilot by tightening governance and making sure admins have the visibility they need.
